1. Scope of the Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Jewelry Service mobile application and its supporting backend services (collectively, the “Service”), operated for Antonio&I Jewelry Service.

The Service is designed to support internal CRM, workshop, employee, customer-order, messaging, media, and operational workflows. It is not a public marketplace, consumer social network, payment-card processor, or general-purpose file-sharing service.

If you use the Service as an employee, contractor, administrator, or representative of an organization, your employment agreement, contractor agreement, confidentiality obligations, security policies, and other internal rules may impose additional requirements. Where those obligations are stricter than these Terms, you must comply with the stricter applicable requirement.

2. Eligibility and authorization

You may use the Service only if you are authorized by Antonio&I Jewelry Service or another authorized administrator. Registration alone does not guarantee operational access. Accounts, workshop assignments, positions, or privileges may require administrative approval.

You must:

  • provide accurate account and profile information;
  • use the Service only for legitimate authorized business purposes;
  • maintain any required employment, contractor, or organizational authorization;
  • stop using the Service when your authorization ends.

The Service is not intended for unauthorized members of the public or for children.

3. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and device to the extent permitted by law. You must use reasonable care to protect your credentials, device access, and authentication factors.

You must not:

  • share your credentials or authentication codes with another person;
  • allow an unauthorized person to use your approved account;
  • attempt to impersonate another user;
  • bypass reauthentication, App Check, device integrity, role checks, or other security controls;
  • reuse another user's session, device identity, token, or protected link.

If you believe your account or device has been compromised, sign out where possible and report the incident promptly.

The Service may support email/password authentication, phone verification, Google Sign-In, and device-local biometric unlocking. Biometric templates remain under the control of the device operating system and are not stored by the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate applicable law, contractual duties, or organizational policies;
  • access records, chats, files, orders, workshops, or administrative functions without authorization;
  • probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, or circumvent security mechanisms except where expressly authorized for legitimate testing;
  • upload malware, malicious scripts, exploit files, or intentionally corrupted content;
  • interfere with availability, rate limits, logging, audit trails, or other users;
  • submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or knowingly inaccurate business records;
  • use the Service for harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, or other abusive conduct;
  • collect or disclose personal data without a legitimate business purpose and proper authority;
  • store passwords, payment-card security codes, private cryptographic keys, or unrelated highly sensitive information in free-text fields or attachments.

5. Customer and business data responsibilities

The Service allows authorized users to create and update customer and jewelry-order records. When you enter, edit, view, export, share, or otherwise handle such information, you must have a legitimate business purpose and sufficient authority to do so.

You are responsible for:

  • entering customer information accurately;
  • limiting collection to information reasonably required for the order or service;
  • protecting customer confidentiality;
  • avoiding unnecessary sensitive personal information;
  • following applicable retention, accounting, warranty, and privacy requirements;
  • correcting material inaccuracies when you become aware of them.

Customer data in the CRM is business data of Antonio&I Jewelry Service or the applicable authorized operator. It may remain part of order, accounting, warranty, audit, fraud-prevention, or dispute records even after the Account User who created the record leaves the organization or deletes an account.

6. Content and file uploads

The Service may allow you to upload profile photos, chat attachments, chat avatars, and order media. You retain any rights you already hold in content you lawfully upload.

You grant the Service the limited rights necessary to store, copy, scan, transform, display, transmit, and remove that content solely for operating, securing, backing up, and supporting the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to upload the content and that the content does not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, or these Terms.

Supported uploads may be placed in quarantine and scanned for malware, file type, size, and integrity before becoming available. The Service may reject or delete files that fail validation, violate policy, are unreferenced, or create a security risk.

7. Internal chats and notifications

Direct and group chats are provided for legitimate business communication. Chat messages, edits, reactions, membership changes, read/delivery state, and attachments may be recorded as part of the Service.

Do not assume that an internal chat is an appropriate place for every category of confidential or legally sensitive information. Use only the minimum information reasonably necessary for the business purpose.

The Service may send push, local, email, SMS, or in-app messages for authentication, account security, operational activity, or other Service functions. Availability of particular notification channels may depend on device permissions and provider availability.

8. Security and integrity controls

To protect accounts and business data, the Service may use authentication, reauthentication, App Check, device/app attestation, Play Integrity or platform-equivalent checks, session verification, role-based access control, database row-level security, protected backend actions, rate limits, logging, and malware scanning.

Sensitive operations may require a fresh security verdict. An action may be rejected, delayed, or require reauthentication when the Service cannot verify the account, session, app, or device to the required level.

You may not disable, falsify, manipulate, replay, or intentionally interfere with these controls.

9. Order and payment records

The Service may store order totals, discounts, paid amounts, payment status, service details, manufacturing details, customer-provided materials, jewelry characteristics, and status history for operational purposes.

These records support business administration and do not by themselves constitute a banking, card-processing, escrow, credit, or payment service. Do not store full payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC values, banking passwords, or equivalent authentication secrets in the CRM.

Authorized users are responsible for ensuring that operational and financial status changes are accurate and made only within their assigned authority.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that technical information necessary for authentication, session management, security, crash reporting, performance monitoring, file scanning, and other core operations may be processed as described in that Policy.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on infrastructure and platform providers, including Google/Firebase, Google Play, Google Cloud, Supabase, and operating system services. Some features may also depend on Google Sign-In, SMS or email delivery, device notification services, or external browser applications.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, availability commitments, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, database structure, documentation, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your continuing authorization, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended internal business purpose.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service, source code, trademarks, business processes, or other proprietary materials to you.

13. Availability, maintenance, and updates

We may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service to improve security, functionality, compliance, or operational efficiency.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security incidents, software defects, or events outside our reasonable control. Certain app versions may be blocked or require updating when necessary for security or compatibility.

14. Suspension, revocation, and termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked when:

  • your employment, contractor, or other authorization ends;
  • an administrator withdraws approval or changes your role;
  • we reasonably believe an account or device is compromised;
  • you violate these Terms or applicable organizational policy;
  • continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

Account deletion or access termination does not require deletion of independent business records that must be retained for legitimate operational, audit, accounting, warranty, security, dispute, or legal purposes.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, permanent availability of third-party providers, or that every security threat will be detected.

The Service is an operational tool. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, physical verification of jewelry and materials, compliance with internal procedures, and validation of business records before relying on them for customer commitments, manufacturing, accounting, or other consequential decisions.

16. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antonio&I Jewelry Service and its operators, personnel, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from unauthorized use, user error, loss of device access, third-party outages, malicious files, network failures, or use of the Service contrary to these Terms or organizational policy.

Any mandatory liability limits or employee protections provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, security controls, legal requirements, or business processes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.

Material changes may be communicated through the application or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties should first attempt to resolve Service-related disputes in good faith through the contact channel below. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities determined by applicable law.
